Excellent service! I called Shoemaker them after my water heater died Easter Weekend! They not only installed a new water heater I was educated on the proper preventative maintenance for the new unit and they even cleaned up the job site! I would definitely use Shoemaker Heating and Cooling in the future.
Awesome response time. Great service. He even identified a leaking pipe that I didn't know was there behind a panel when I wanted to know where my shut off valve was. I signed up for a service plan so I can have peace of mind about my new home.
I needed to find a business to service my mother's non functioning oil furnace system. As of today, Jacob has needed to come out 3 times since February 16th. He is fixing and adjusting everything still trying to make it function properly. Jacob is knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient with us and our many questions. I am looking forward to not only having this issue resolved, but also having my own home switched from electric baseboard heat and no central air to a split system.
