“I walked in without an appointment today. My hair is very thick and was straight and blah. Dawn met me and we talked about layers. I haven't layered my hair in years because previous hair cutters chopped my hair and didn't blend the layers and my hair looked awful. I trusted Dawn and she knew exactly what to do and how to do it.
