Our family was really in a bind. I live out of town and my cousin passed away at the nursing home. Funeral home arrangements had not been made. I called Brendan at Hessling's on a Sunday night of a Holiday weekend, he had empathy for the situation and treated us with kindness. He was very professional and easy to work with making all the arrangements within an hour.
