The institute is located on beautiful grounds - great for outdoors experiences. There is Pure Rejuv here who can help organize a personal (or group) retreat. Himalayan Institute just celebrated the 50th anniversary of providing resources for yoga practitioners worldwide, it carries humanitarian projects around the world. This place is a home away from home - I will recommend this place for anyone, who is on the path of self discovery or life maintenance, long or short term - they will be happy to see you and you will feel as a part of the family.

My experience and time at HI was simply amazing/magical. I can not put in to words the deep spiritual conversations that I had, the connections that were made with perfect strangers and the peace the entire property brings. It reminded me that my spiritual journey is evolving. I plan to make this place a yearly trip extending my stay every time I go. The Wellness Services add to your spiritual journey by helping the body relax and release the stress of everyday chaos. The food was amazing, light, healthy and filling.
