“I am new to the area and have 2 long haired German Shepherds (Ruger and Leupold) I have always groomed them myself (they are 4yo). I contacted a couple groomers in the area but because they had never been done by a groomer they would not take them so off to petco I went the staff was awesome they met the dogs (who are very well behaved) and I set up the grooming appt.
My boys were groomed by a young man named Frankie he did an excellent, amazing job on both of them and I just feel that he really needs the recognition he deserves!

“We moved to a new area of Pittsburgh and were so sad to leave our previous groomer who worked with our anxious girl Ellie to help her get more comfortable with grooming. But the first time I brought our pitbull mix into Puffy Paws, they said they were so happy to have her breed which made me so excited as some groomers aren’t the most welcoming of dogs like her! We’ve been there twice now for monthly grooming and the second time Ellie was SO happy to get inside. She never seems anxious or scared when leaving, and for a rescue with a rough past who hates being groomed, that’s so important to us. They’re also very reasonably priced and fast, which is great for getting her groomed during the workday. So happy to have found a new groomer in our neighborhood!“

“Thank you for taking such good care of Ginger (cat)! I was impressed by the size and condition of her enclosure which includes a cat tree and space to run around. I had a difficult time finding someone qualified to take her as she is a diabetic. Her insulin dosage was able to be adjusted as needed. Since coming home, Ginger has been calmer and more relaxed than she has been in ages. She can’t wait to come back to the kitty condo!“

I called to make an appointment to get my new kittens nails cut. There was a lady that had open spots within a day or 2 of when I called. They schedule cats near the end of the day so the dogs are done and the cats came be taken in. She came out to the car took 1 cat in at a time and they were both done within 15 minutes. Very quick efficient friendly polite and great to deal with. Beyond a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them to anyone that has cats. I will 100% return there to have my cats taken care of. ????“

Jayne fit us into her busy schedule without hesitation and answered so many questions we had. She made sure this cute little pup was out of his misery (with his fleas)before we left there. “First time here, had to wait to get in, I kept hearing so many great things so I didn't mind to wait. I had two different groomers for my boys, Sam and Lilly, who were amazing. Rachel the owner was also so sweet. This is honestly the best groom my dogs have ever had. They weren't in the best shape when brought in due to being in between groomers, and they fixed them right up. It was "expensive" but about the same as other places I've been and justifiable for the work they did. Communication was great and they cut them exactly as I asked. Groomers were so friendly, too, which I've had a hard time finding. Cant wait to come back!“

“I’m from out of town. I have a white Persian cat and I needed to find someone to groom him. My sister had recommended Joyce whom she had met. I called Joyce. She was so so nice on the phone. I was really looking forward to see her. Her history grooming. Animals was impressive.. so I dropped my cat off and I came back to pick them up within an hour. He looked beautiful, so so handsome she did such an amazing job. She didn’t need to use a cone. She believes that her in the cat bond and she hold her cat close to her as she groom them she gains there total total trust. My cat came home. He’s strutting around the house. He loves loves loves his haircut. I can’t say enough about Joyce, but thank you so much for taking care of him. He means a lot to me if anyone needs a cat groomer that would take care of your cat like it’s theirs Joyce is the one.
