“I booked them for my wedding day yesterday. She could obviously tell I’m not skilled in makeup and that I had no clue what I really wanted other than not too too bold. She delivered well! I loved my eye shadow, eyeliner is something I would typically never do but it looked great!, the clusters helped fill in my lash lift, and all the products were clean. Hair type: Curly 3A hair. It's a bit thin and doesn't hold moisture well.

My wax services are always fast meaning The Master artist skill set is magnificent which allow her to move quickly with my wax services. The wax station is very clean and sanitary which helps with my anxiety with unsanitary work environments when being serviced. The Lashes are also a Top Tier service for me. I always get the classic set which I absolutely LOVE. The density of the lash hair to the curl pattern to the light weight of the lash hair strands are why I will always and remain a happy customer!!“

“Let me start off by saying that I have a cosmetology mom with 40+ years of experience and I have been exposed to so many salons in the area, so I know a good salon when I see one. The Lab has truly blown me away. From the consultation process alone that I had on the phone I was given a pricing quote. Never in my life have I ever been given such transparency with pricing at a salon before even stepping foot in it. The quote I received was almost exactly what I paid when I was finished with my hair. This rarely ever happens to me. The consultation was also thorough as they asked for my hair history and truly cared to keep my hair healthy. Lindsay is incredible. I have been to so many hair stylists, none of them have ever taken the time to massage my head, ever. As a matter of fact, most of the stylists i’ve been to pawn me off for an assistant to wash my hair. That is not the case here, if you book with a stylist they are your stylist the entire time which is rare to find. I also would spend hours at other places and dread going because how packed the salons were and I would get anxious, this is not the case at The Lab. The music is good it’s not very loud, it’s a very relaxing space I love the plants and black and white aesthetic they have going on. Lindsay made my entire appointment a very luxurious experience that I fell asleep while she washed my hair and massaged my head and neck. I have also never been happy with blow outs I was given in the past, Lindsay gave me one of the best blow outs I have ever had, blew me away (literally). I would 110% recommend this salon, it is peaceful, professional, and luxurious. I cannot wait to come back for my next appointment!“
