“To start with the staff is genuinely friendly and caring. The communication throughout the entire process. I have very severe anxiety and I've been activating yet dreading the implants. I thought for sure the pain was going to be unbearable. It was the least painful dental procedure Ive had. Individual extractions have caused more pain for me in the past. “I’ve been getting my dental work done by this business for the past year. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Staff is friendly, attentive, and communicative. I feel comfortable when I walk into there, like I’m in a place among care. They did have some trouble fitting my new crown, which resulted in incorrect placement and it needing to be remade. However, there’s a lot of variables with things like that. What matters is not only are they professional almost all of the time, but when mistakes happen they handle them gracefully. I’m sure it depends what insurance you have, but I also thought they were reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!“

I have taken my two kids to Pleasant Hills for over a year, and they have efficiently coordinated with Babb Orthodontics to ensure we have the best possible care.
