“I'm not sure where to start with this one, outside of Rim's One Hour cleaners being both the best cleaners and alterations spot I've found in Philly. In fact, as a lady who has also lived in Miami, LA, and NYC; I'd say it's the best cleaners I've been to, period. Let me begin with an example. I recently had a dress, that was too big, that required an advanced alteration. I went to multi places ranked as past winner's of "philly's best" for tailoring/alternation, only to be told what I wanted was not possible, or to be quoted outrageous prices. Well, I went to Rim's; and let me tell you, the job done was SO AMAZING, that I've been stopped multiple times wearing this dress to be complimented on the fit. At this point, this is the only place in Philly I'm letting touch my alterations. I should mention, the cost of services was SO REASONABLE. Oh and I should mention the owner is truly so kind and the turnaround on alternations so really so speedy (dropped off on Tuesday, got back on Saturday, pressed and altered). Additionally, all of my dry cleaning experiences have been fantastic and so timely too! Jake and his business are just truly phenomenal!“

I really appreciated how careful he was with my garments being that I’ve had garments ruined in the past by other dry cleaners. He also charges fair prices and performs his work fairly quickly. “Wonderful place for dry cleaning or alterations. I had a skirt and pair of jeans taken in, and both fit great and were finished in less than a week. They even altered something a day faster than planned when I had to leave town earlier than expected. I haven't dry cleaned much here yet but had no issues with a delicate, silk dress.“

“I have a water repellent insulated winter jacket that is perfect for these cold winter days. The zipper on it broke and needed to be replaced. My wife thought that she could fix it, but that did not work. I took it to Holiday Cleaners in Broomall, PA. They were very friendly and explained what needed to be done.
