“We hired Munz to do a kitchen expansion and remodel in addition to construction of a new covered staircase outside of the back door. We could not be happier with the final product.

Our experience started with Bryan, the designer at Munz, who helped us to map out the final design and provided many excellent suggestions for enhancements that optimized the functionality and efficient use of space in our new kitchen. Bryan also made many aesthetic recommendations that enhanced the beauty of the space.

The Munz construction team, led by our Project Manager, Mike, made our long-anticipated home improvement dream come true. We cannot emphasize enough how professional, responsive, and patient Mike was in answering all of our questions and accommodating our requests. Mike went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied. The teams he assembled for each stage of the build were professional, respectful, and skilled. We genuinely enjoyed working with Mike and his teams.

With this project having just wrapped up last month, we are already planning for another project and we intend to hire Munz again. We strongly recommend Munz construction and try to get Bryan and Mike as your designer and project manager respectively!“

“Had a window broken during one of the many windstorms this spring, went to a local glass shop, they specialize in glass showers not windows. Uncle bob's was kind enough to recommend R&R, I called, brought the window over , normally a morning drop would be ready that afternoon. The in house repair guy was on an emergency house call, so mine wouldn't be ready until next afternoon. Got a call that evening, will be ready for pick up 8: AM. Did I mention the opening at my house was during the recent heatwave. Had the window back in place by 10 AM. I won't hesitate to return for my window repair needs, not to mention recommending R&R to anyone else that could use glass replacement. Cost was very reasonable especially the short turnaround time“

This would have originally been a 3 star review due to the technician showing up 90 minutes without even a call, however after contacting the main office and lodging a complaint, the matter was rectified in less than a few hours. “We hired KPI2 to purchase and install all new windows on our Town House. After working with KPI2 for other projects, as well as being the primary contract for our HOA, we knew they would the ideal company. Their team showed up on time 3 days in a row to complete the install of new windows and a back door. They were professional and cleaned up completely (no nails hiding in the grass or crevices) after every day. They replaced any framing wood that may have been needed as well as ensured all siding was put back up correctly with the appropriate waterproofing (something that the original contracts of the house neglected to install). They go above and beyond to ensure they do the highest quality work possible and stand behind their work.“

“Very pleased with this company. They provided an honest, competitive quote for the window and siding work to be completed. In my case, the work was more extensive with rotted wood that needed to be replaced under the siding. They were very professional and organized and were able to handle the replacement of the structural supports and plywood that was rotted due to lack of any moisture barrier (Tyvek) being installed under the vinyl siding during the initial house construction by DeLuca Home Builders. The crew was amazing as well. On time every day and worked hard for long hours to get the project completed. I am very happy with the new windows and siding that was installed.“
