Julia was incredible. Perfect pressure that was very effective but not too deep. She moved slowly enough that the fascia could actually release. She was able to sense where the imbalances were coming from and zeroed in on those stuck area immediately every time. I felt a huge amount of change and benefit from just one session with her. Thank you!!!
