    We were given the choices of Hershey Medical Center or Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. We chose (against recommendation from our Pediatrician) to move forward with Hershey Medical Center. Never did we expect to encounter such a lack of professionalism or blatant disregard for our son’s health by the Doctors at Penn State Health. It took six months for our son to be seen in person due to our appointment being cancelled by Penn State Health and finally our Pediatrician calling in to advocate for an in-person visit in December.     If I could give zero stars I would.First appointment went OK, however they scheduled me for a hearing test, which was not discussed with me at my initial appointment. Never said you will be seeing a completely different doctor at your follow up appointment for this hearing test, what it would cost...nothing! I got a bill for $721.00 for this hearing test, which was not explained as a separate appointment from my follow up. Was even a separate office visit charge of $115.00, even though I was going for a follow up appointment to see Caitlin Kroon...when really I saw a completely different PA - Casey Nicole Graham.     I had an ear injury in June. Have been waiting on an appt since. Was finally scheduled for January. I patiently waited. Only to be called today and told I would have to be rescheduled...for an appt in Lancaster IN MARCH. Incomprehensible really.
