Excellent!!! Very thorough and quick to help!!! For the others that are complaining about cost, you get what you pay for. Wake up, because EVERYTHING costs money. They are professionals and need to charge for their time and knowledge!!! And for this, I'm willing to pay whatever it takes to continue for the great service and knowledgeable information and advice!!!

I have had my taxes prepared by Lori Althoff of Diana M. Reed & Associates, PC, for about 20 years. All of the staff are professional and responsive. Lori is always available anytime of the year to answer questions and has provided valuable guidance to me over these 20 years. I totally trust her judgement and professional expertise. Even though I have left the Harrisburg area, I still plan to continue to have my taxes prepared by this firm.
