I had a dental emergency and they agreed to stay late to help me. Even though I was a new patient, they treated me as if I had been coming there for years. The doctor explained everything he was doing, which I appreciated. Thank you, and I will be bringing my whole family to this practice.

The dentist and hygienists are nice and friendly, and made a good job for me with crown and cleaning. But receptionists are impossible to interact with. Once I was trying to figure out with the old lady, who has her office behind the reception desk, some details of payments when my insurance maxed out, she made everything to confuse me and to make me feel uncomfortable instead of explaining details. Another time I was checking out with CJ, she was almost whispering and I couldn’t hear her with all the noise around. I had a serious dental issue that was causing extreme pain. Previous inept dental experience caused me to have anxiety and hesitate getting help. From the first call to Dental Assoc. of Hershey, I was immediately put at ease by their sincere interest in helping me. Dr. Paul did an excellent job to fix the problem. Very helpful and kind people at the front desk.
