Being a person that had the same haircut and style for years, I’ve been looking for my new look. Tyler did amazing helping me find it! I’ve tried out a couple different places and stylists and thought I’d be stuck with what I’ve always had. I told her about my goal in finding a new look. She really brought it to life! My son had a bad experience the last time he had his hair cut and did not want to return to Sport Clips…i made him go because he needed a trim badly…we checked in online and chose Jacob as his stylist…i had a good gut feeling that he would listen to my son an only trim his hair…that is exactly what happened…Jacob was patient, kind, and extremely understanding with my son…Jacob trimmed my sons hair exactly how he wanted and brought his curly hair back to life…this has been the best experience at Sport Clips we have ever had…we did have to wait over an hour even checking in online because they were that busy which has never happened in the years we have...read full review

We have recently moved from Oklahoma, my sister and I were looking for a local place to get back to school haircuts. Since we are on a budget, I called to check prices and spoke with Rebecca. She was super polite and went on to tell me they were handing out coupons around local businesses. I went to try and find some and they were all out. When we showed up the manager Jacob honored as we had the coupon and he personally cut both my nephews hair and my 5 year old is on the spectrum. Jacob took his time and was so kind. In the mean time I got mine cut by Rebecca and she was so kind and talkative. SPORTCLIPS in Hermatige has some new followers! Outstanding customer service...read full review
