I had the best haircut from a Melanie at the hermitage location And she did such a wonderful job layering And highlighting my hair I have fine hair it’s perfect not to light not to dark!!!I have had so many comments on how that is a very good haircut and asking where I went!!!!!!! My hair feels so much fuller with how she did the ends!!!!!Service: Haircut

Don't really write reviews often but my experience here was met with a sigh of relief! Went here with my young son to try on clothes for my sisters wedding this weekend. Picked out about five outfits for him to try on, and couldn't get him in something that he liked. By the time we had picked out an appropriate outfit that we both liked (no flip-flops for us!) I felt bad about the amount of clothes we had taken off the rack. The woman in the fitting rooms was very nice about it though, she really seemed like she had no problem with it, which was very reassuring, especially because I had to take care of my son (I think her name was Claire, give this woman a raise!) She made our experience good, and she was really nice to my son, which made him happy about getting new clothes, which was a first! Thankfully, I got all of my clothes I needed and now we're good to go! Thanks!

Took my 13 year old daughter to get her hair cut, styled and colored. She loved it and so did I. Her hairdresser squeezed her in between her other appointments. It was worth the wait.
