Professional, CLEAN & exquisite work!For my first project, Dave perfectly matched fine lines of delicate handwriting, gave expert advice and explained what would be best for the longevity of the artwork. For my second, much larger project he was very detailed again at explaining what would be the best way to incorporate all the things I wanted and placement.I expected the entire process to take much longer than it did & he gave very detailed after-care instructions. Colors and lines are always vibrant and beautiful! I highly recommend if you are looking for a new tattoo! Electric Penn does not disappoint!
