“Hal has done all of our plumbing work ever since my father ( a former plumber) has past away. Hal is fast to respond to fix the problem at hand. He also does quality work. I asked to have a water filter unit replaced it was in the home when purchased, the filters were as much as a new unit. “Our water heater started to leak. It had a year remaining on the warranty. Tom contacted the manufacturer and got a $200 credit towards the purchase of a replacement. Installed today, no problems, and quite reasonably priced. A local home center wanted $600 more for the same work. Tom also changed out a whole house water filter during the installation.
