I just had an excellent experience with Quest! I found a volleyball-sized nest of bald-faced hornets in my backyard, just feet from my deck and where my two dogs play. I contacted Quest at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, and Ken promised to have someone out before noon the next day. What I appreciated most was their non-pushy approach. In addition to his excellent service, there was no pressure to purchase a service contract. I had previously called three other providers in the Lehigh Valley, and all three were very pushy about an annual service contract that I didn't need. When I asked for a quote for a one-time service, their fee was ridiculous. Jackson is the exterminator who showed up as promised, and he did a fantastic job explaining what I was dealing with and what the process would be to eliminate them. then, after donning a bee suit, he made quick work of the nest.

From Melissa, who seamlessly handles incoming inquiries w/ a smile one can hear through the phone, to Alex, Head of Operations, an expert on delivery of elite customer service as well as pest management and the specific technology Quest utilizes… This is a Team that when faced w/ a challenge, it is met head on. So many thanks to technician Levi, who has no problem going the extra mile (or five), has an incredible knowledge base, and a kind heart to go with it. He has come out about 6 times in less than a year (my house and I both are a little ‘extra’ 🤣), is extremely professional, and MUST have a photographic memory as I my home has closets inside closets - a potential nightmare if mice are present, but every time he does a check, he remembers w/out fail the location of every single one of them. Bravo, Quest! I know I am in excellent hands.
I’m just here to shout out Tom! Anytime I call the office with a concern or to schedule our quarterly maintenance, I’m greeted with a friendly voice who works with me to schedule a prompt visit. For the last year or so, Tom has been helping us out and making sure we are pest free. I’m always confident in his service!
