Staff was friendly, able to fit me in quickly for an evaluation. Was nervous as the bad reviews are many but front staff was friendly as was the hygienist and dentist. Would recommend 100%
Where is the zero stars button? This office is the most disgusting and disturbing dental office I've ever seen. The ladies behind the counter are absolutely rude! One specifically tried to physically assult a young woman who was trying to get clarification on her appointment! The worker was verbally abusing this woman then tried to get physical with her! Cops were called and tempers were at an all time high by everyone! This was my first and last time there! I didn't even stay for my appointment because they put myself, my young child and a member of my family in harms way! I just have to say that I used to be a dental office manager, this customer service and all this bad reviews should be investigated, as soon as possible. I have worked with horrible receptionist and that claim to call patient but they really actually dont and YOUR STAFF DO NOT LET US KNOW AHEAD WITH THE APPOINTMENT!!! Im writing from also my family experience not only me. Its truly sad how you guys ignore your horrible customer service and wish it would get fixed.
