Very welcoming environment, warm atmosphere and a very loving staff. Ladies in the front desk are phenomenal especially Lisely she is knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend 10 out of 10.
I was unsure at first. I thought it was going to be a disaster. Took my 18 month old and my 14 year old and it was great. It was quick and everyone was very nice and polite. They were great with the toddler and explained everything to the teen.
Update! Lisa, Elizabeth and Kevin were awesome! My older one needs her wisdom teeth removed and didn't have a great experience at the Allentown office so Lisa made sure to give me a list of other doctors who would take my insurance and made sure I got a copy of the most recent X-rays. The appointments are always quick and efficient plus the doctor is always pleasant which is an added bonus.
My first experience in smile 4 keeps was great! Very fast paced ,front receptionist were sweet and understanding. Natalie & Jesse for checkout were quick. All the assistants were also sweet they explained everything that needed to be done. Very professional! I will keep coming to them until they no longer accept my insurance.
