Leonard’s Auto Tag Service has been providing vehicle and driver solutions to Northeast Pennsylvania for 3 generations. 60 years ago, founder Leonard Stephen Selenski would have provided those solutions to his local community from his home-office on Second Street in Wyoming. Today, we still treat every client like a close neighbor, and we strive to do whatever it takes to follow the example Leonard set so many years ago. Family legend, which has also been verified by the business’s longest tenured customers, recounts stories of clients arriving at the front door of the office on hot summer days to be greeted by a sign instructing them to “head around back.” There, Leonard would finish up paperwork under the sun with a cold beverage.
Went there on a Saturday to transfer an ATV Title. The rude woman behind the counter stated, "I don't know nuthin about that." Told us to come back on Monday. Unfortunately, the buyer of the ATV lives outside the area. Shouldn't the employees know how to transfer titles? Isn't this a Notary and Tag business? Don't be open on a Saturday if your staff can't help customers.
Do not use this title and tag service. I have been using them since 2003 without a hiccup. Unfortunately, when they hire new people, they are not fully trained. I applied for antique tags as I’ve done multiple times in the past at this location. The manager was not in the office. The person clearly stated she did not know what she was doing, but proceeded to try anyway and take my money. I received a rejection letter at which point I contacted and I contacted my bank. Both said it was due to Leonard’s failure to properly submit the form and photos needed for antique tags. both pendot and the bank stated because you used a title and tag service. I really want to give them zero stars. These ladies for starter are rude. You walk in and say hello and its crickets. I ask them a question in regards to an error on their behalf and its like they are annoyed. I will NEVER give these people my money. These ladies DO NOT i repeat do not know a thing about customer service.
