A couple of years ago, Lawn Specialties bought the company we had been using. I was skeptical at first, because I really had specific needs, particularly because we are on well water. Our normal technician, Bill, came with the transfer of companies and we couldn't have been happier. He is always so pleasant and always calls me the day before just to ensure I am ok with him coming out. I have also had a lot of interactions with Tyler. We started having some major weed issues in a couple of beds and he came out to take care of them. These guys were great to work with! Steve and Tyler assessed my lawn and gave me honest recommendations.
