Teresa helped us set up an appointment. She was so kind, patient, and thorough with all my questions. We met Jason and he was great! He answered all our questions and was honest. Has a great personality. I def want to choose Fine Line Homes!!

We used Fine Lines to build our dream home in March 2020. We were very pleased with the majority of our experience. When you build a home there are many different professional roles that need to come together to successfully accomplish this task. I will try to include each step we went through in this review. Joe from sales was very helpful and patient with the interior and exterior decisions we had to make and it was alot!! He was there to answer the many questions we had before we officially started. One thing we were a little dissapointed with was being shown good quality carpeting samples to choose from however that was not the quality carpet that was installed in our home. Many areas of our carpeting matted after only a month of moving in. Fine Lines was able to refer us to Garveys to follow up with them. We are still waiting for a solution from Garveys. We were also dissapointed with how long it took to get the building started. We just had to really stay on them to get started and keep moving to finish. Thankfully they finished right before pandemic hit!! The excavating and building crew were professional and answered questions we had on site. They used nails not screws to install the floorboard so we have been having a lot of squeaks. I believe using screws instead of nails helps decrease risk of squeaky floors however Fine Lines and Garveys came back multiple times to fix the squeaky areas so that was good. It must be code here in PA that nails are still allowed for the flooring but they can cause squeak floors. Brian was helpful as we were finishing up with any end of building questions we had. Michelle was wonderful with scheduling Charlie or Garveys to come out and do any repairs. We were very impressed with Charlie. He came and did any repairs we needed after one year of move in. I dont know how he does it all!!! Very hard worker and great personality. Mike from Garveys was also very helpful with repairing floor squeaks and we are hoping to hear from them soon regarding matted down carpet areas. Overall.it was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Fine Lines to build your home.Service: Project management
