Every aspect of my interactions with Pocono Pest were fantastic. Responsive customer service and the technician arrived on time and was great to work with. This is now the only service provider for pest management I need to work with.
Amazing service, they came out on a weekend to check on animal noises in the attic at our request. They were professional, quick, and extremely nice. Their services are incredible and we will call them in the future if we ever have any other issues.
Just Wow! As I came here to write my review I found myself vigorously nodding in agreement while reading each 5 star review. Rich has phenomenal communication skills, he's incredibly knowledgeable, his response time is unmatched, and yes he is just such a nice family guy with a great personality. Bravo Pocono Pest!
