They immediately put me at ease, telling me that they would help me get through this - that they had me covered. A few minutes later, Russ the project manager and Darlene arrived to solidify the fact that I had nothing to worry about. They were right. Russ left me in great hands with Dan, Scott and Darlene who worked incredibly hard and efficiently, drying out my house, removing my flooring, cleaning all the affected areas, and inventorying and photographing every item that was destroyed in the flood. They were sincerely kind, trustworthy, and respectful.
