I had Orange Energy Solutions come and do an assessment of my house it went great. Mr. Love came up with a nice plan to help get my house insulated and to a more energy efficient and comfort place. This was 2014, the insulation seemed to have helped initially but now in 2022 it is back to unbearable. My downstairs is horribly cold, and I am back to only wanting to spend time upstairs in my home for comfort. It is my belief that the cellulose insulation settles after some time, and this may be the reason it is freezing on the 1st level of my home again.

Unprofessional company. On the day of my appointment I called to confirm 3 hours before they were set to arrive. When I called, the woman who answered confirmed that they would arrive at the scheduled time. She also realized that they had the wrong house number on my address. No biggie. I leave work early to be home in time for the appointment. No one showed up 15-20 minutes after my appointment time, so I called the gentleman who was supposed to come. He told me that he can't make it because "something came up in the office" and said he tried to call me 15 minutes before the appointment. I received no phone call. They showed up to do a spray foam insulation job and their material wasn’t up to temperature and their hoses were clogged. They then refused to refund my deposit or credit the deposit towards another job. After much back and forth, they returned half the deposit for their failure to be able to start a job. Very unprofessional
