The problem was investigated and indentified as an underground problem the power company would have to resolve. Great guidance from Muscatello's team and at a fair price. 1) Their price was the most reasonable (not the lowest) for a full house re-wire. The lowest price was from someone who did electrical work on the side without a permit.
