I called Elena this morning, to send flowers to some family members on a very special occasion. She listened well, understood the kind of arrangement needed, had a range of gorgeous flowers at hand--they had just been delivered that morning--and put together a lovely arrangement that I know will be well received when it goes out later today. Elena is a delight to work with and very capable; I look forward to working with her again.

It was hard to find a florist being MLK day. I'm from out of state and needed flowers for our hospitalized aunt and old neighbor.. She was locking up but invited me in and took excellent care in a short time. What a lovely lady! Give her your business!

So grateful to Elena! Our daughter is studying over there and we're in Australia. We wanted to try to make her birthday special even though we couldn't be there. Elena was so ridiculously helpful! Nothing was too much trouble. A stunning flower box with special treats was delivered to our daughter at College for her birthday and she was blown away. Elena made it so easy to organise the whole thing by email from the other side of the world! Thank you so much x
