Vince went above & beyond the call of duty helping us out with our business's water heater in the basement that broke recently. He did an inspection & explained to me everything he was doing on what the problem could be as I love learning new things of life. Our problem was the flame not staying lit after igniting, so he tried cleaning it out for us but it did not work. We also had a problem with our A/C unit & he said the filters might be clogged up with dust & he went outside and cleaned it out for us 11/10 service.

Here is my backstory and how John Cipollone helped in my decision to go from Oil to Gas. Since 1996 I have had an Oil Heater and Oil Hot Water Heater, but recently Gas was put on my street. I was told by many people I should change to Gas. I was back and forth with this decision. However, after speaking with a couple people at John Cipollone a number of times to get information, I finally decided to switch. Since my Hot Water Heater, Air Conditioner and Heater were all up in years, I replaced all of them.
