We had our HVAC system replaced a few weeks ago. The team came the next day after we signed the deal and finished it in one day. 4-5 people came over and completed the job so clean, so neat! The staff were so polite and friendly. Definitely worth the investment and would 100% recommend to others!
Gay and Dan were very professional cleaning out a clogged drain in the basement and giving me an estimate for the work that will follow. Adam was professional as well. He explained everything that I was going to need for the 2nd part of the job, which will begin very soon.
I initially expected the drain snaking service to cost $43, as advertised on the company's website. However, when the technician arrived and assessed the situation, I was quoted around $500 for a kitchen sink. Since my sink had been backed up for days and I had already been waiting for this appointment, I didn’t have much choice.
Gau, the technician, was very helpful and applied any available coupons to help reduce the cost. He resolved the issue within half an hour and took the time to explain and educate me on the underlying problems.
