“I contacted 3 roofing companies before this one. They would make appts to come and then not show up…multiple times and months were wasted.. Thank goodness I found this company. The owner was super responsive. He got back to my messages very quickly and his guys showed up when they were supposed to. They came and did the repair on the agreed upon date and the owner reached out to us the next business day to ensure that we were happy with the work. “We had just bought our home and moved 2 years ago. The existing shingles were 17 yrs old and knew we would need them replaced in the very near future. Early this year I experienced our first leak. Called Penn Pro for an estimate as they had just replaced a roof in the neighborhood weeks prior and that homeowner was very pleased with the work done. I called Alex, and he was here for an estimate in a few days. He was very thorough, knew I had a leak and was prompt with getting me scheduled. He was very easy to work with and compassionately helped me in making my decisions, as now I was a widow making my first big decision since my husband passed just 4 months ago. “We recently had Unity do work at our home. We started with a new roof then moved on to new windows and siding. They did an excellent job. Tim is very knowledgeable on the materials he and his crew use. The crew were great to work with, always willing to answer any questions I had. Very professional team. Ours was not a simple job. We knew we had wood rot from leaking windows but Unity had no problem tackling that. Their new built walls were insulated, drywalled, plastered and painted to perfection. You would never know they had been replaced. We also had them add a new window to a wall that never had a window. I could go on and on about how pleased we were with the job Unity did. “I can't say enough good things about this company. Eric was extremely thorough and helped through the whole process. The work was completed within 2-3 weeks of signing the agreement. Several structural issues came up during the roof replacement, and were addressed properly, not overlooked. It is very uncommon to find a company where the owner and salesman are at the location while the work is being performed; this was the case with Jeff and Eric! There were no surprises at the end, and the work was completed in one day and to a high standard! They even took the time to paint the vent stack in our roof black to match the shingles and capping without being asked; no other companies these days do these small touches to make the job look complete!
