My review is based on the kindness of their staff, going out of their way to assist my husband and son after a car accident in front of their business.
Fence City caught the accident on camera and were quick to come outside and tell the police they had it on video, and then allowed my son to record the video onto his phone. Because of this it was simple and quick to prove fault and get our totaled vehicle replaced by the other driver’s insurance company. Thank you Fence City!!
The Fence City team did a terrific job on installing our new fence. From a seamless customer service experience -- the estimator and sales gentleman, Mike, who came first, followed by the office team (led by Howard) they did exactly what they said they would do; when they said they would do it. I chose Fence City to install my post and rail with wire mesh two years ago. The process went smoothly. We now have a new dog that found a way to get out. I returned to the showroom to have my problem addressed. They sent two crew members out right then to secure a few areas of concern. No more escapes!I highly recommend Fence City.Thanks guys!
