Absolutely wonderful visit! We came on Sat 9am, and it was not busy until 10am. We had MSI team show us around, and they let us explore on our leisure. MSI materials have QR codes next to them where you can scan and easily keep a running digital list of your favorites. The slab room was super helpful to see the slabs in a larger view.

I have never had a kitchen built for me before and visiting MSI might be the most memorable part of the experience in only the best way.

The gentleman who helped me first walked me into the area with the big stone slabs. He explained just enough that I wasn't overwhelmed with information but I knew a bit about my choices, then he left me alone to browse. I can't explain the wonder of seeing huge slabs of stone and being set loose to select the one I plan to live with for hopefully at least 20 years. I was looking for a backsplash for my kitchen which was undergoing a much needed rennovation. A MSI employee met me at the front desk, asked about my needs, and showed me where I would most likely be able to find something to suit my preferences. I did find something, and I'm happy with my choice. MSI's service was helpful and the quality of materials delivered was excellent.
