“Our entire experience with Inspired Closets was lovely! Meredith was our designer & really took the time to walk us through options after listening to our closet wants/needs - all while keeping our budget in mind. Their showroom was gorgeous & helped give us an even better idea of what to expect - it was a great space to finalize our design & decide on finishes & last-minute add-ons. While Meredith primarily led our design finalization consult, Amy also joined us for a bit and gave some great suggestions & insight. Chris, from their operations team, also popped into our meeting to answer some electrical questions on the spot - so nice knowing we were working with a team that was entirely in-house, as we’ve had awful experiences in the past with companies using third party contractors for install, who just didn’t take pride in the final result. Jeff & Matt were our installers and were so kind, respectful, prompt, and efficient. They treated our home like it was their own, and made sure to check in with me on all the details as they completed the job. Throughout the project timeline, Laura communicated effectively with us to schedule consults, showroom visits, install dates, etc. & sent reminders for each milestone.
