I've been going for the better part of 25 years and never had an issue, though lately there isn't that same "wander in and try a guitar for a while" vibe. There are newer associates who frankly make me feel like I just walked in for the first time, so I wait til nights or weekends. Nothing worse than can I help you as soon as you walk in the door! I'm sure the school is excellent, my kids both benefitted from lessons there, but the store side lacks some of its old warmth.

Incredible group of employees over there, I had an issue with UPS and David went above and beyond to solve the problem, not only did he deliver with his outstanding customer service but with an excellent cymbal. Highly recommend buying online or in store.
