Vetsource has the WORST customer service. Lesson learned. Stay away. I used them for an autofill Apoquel prescription for my dog and the price was fine (it's already expensive) but I needed to skip an autoship. I reached out several times, was charged for the autoship and then finally after 2 weeks it was canceled. Never again.

No care whatsoever for your pets well-being. I paid for expedited delivery (2day) and a week later my orders "in transit". My dog needs his medication. I will NEVER spend a dime here again. CHEWY has the ONLY reliable delivery service & the best prices.

My dog is diabetic and I had his insulin on auto ship. His insulin was running dangerously low, so I called to see when they shipped it. I was told buy the representative that it was picked up by UPS that morning and will be arriving the next day. I tracked it on UPS website. They had no idea what Vetsource was talking about. I had to scramble to find a walk in pharmacy that also carried animal meds. Finally found one. I will be transferring my dogs meds from Vetsource to Costco. FYI…Costco is cheaper.
