UGI Sales representative Joe Lenbach was knowledgeable and efficient, listened to my needs, made reasonable offers, and provides prompt response to my calls. Heil Furnace installation technicians Brian and Rick were proficient worked professionally and were good at ensuring my questions and needs were met. Great work and outstanding quality installation. Later I read manual and sure enough they installed according to manufacturing standards.Services: Heating system installation

Called UGI late one evening to let them knowthat my heating system was not functioning properly. They asked if I wanted emergency service, told them my system was still heating but thought the blower had a problem and it probably would be ok until morning. Was told that to call them if I lost my heat. Woke up around 6 that morning and noticed my system wasn't working. Called UGI, they arrived in less than 3 hours. To make a long story short they replaced a blower motor with bad bearings. The system still wouldn't work.After 2 or 3 calls to their technical expert and also replacing 3 other parts and still not working they thought there had to be an error... read full review
