I recently leased a town home through Triple Crown Corp. at Avery Square townhomes. It is a new development. I have only good things to say about all my interactions with the site Manager and staff at Triple Crown. Kristin, the property manager, has been so helpful and responsive to all my needs/questions. Previously, I was considering another property of theirs and went ahead and put a deposit on that property. The management of that property, along with Kristin, allowed me to apply that money and the application fee to the new property. I look foreword to spending several years in my new home. Very supportive and informative experience. Staff was courteous and patient during the walkthrough. My wife and l were very happy with our interaction with the agent assigned to us.
