We just went thru a major nightmare with mold and asbestos remediation in a house in Kingston. Without the help of the Szeles team, I'm not sure we would have gotten out of it alive. The Szeles team showed up immediately, assessed the situation, and took action to solve the problem. When our insurance company denied the claim, they stepped in to help us get this fixed as soon as possible. I live on the West Coast (this is the house of a late relative), so it was important to have someone we could trust to get things taken care of in a professional and expedited manner. I met the folks from Szeles at the house and watched them work. They were friendly, thorough, and reliable. We were certain there was a hidden leak somewhere that caused this problem. Szeles helped us trouble shoot and finally found the leak, which made this an insurance claim again. Then they helped us work with the insurance company to get the best settlement--as the insurance company wanted to lowball what they offered us. I would highly recommend Szeles, particularly Andy and his team. I hope to never ever have to use a service like this again (believe me, this was no fun!), but if I did, I would contact them without hesitation.
