All I can say is wow, I have never seen the word sorry so much. Everybody can't tell the same lie. To the Manager of customer service, I think you should listen to your customers and make what seems like some much needed changes across the board.

Every time I’ve called I’ve gotten the absolute nicest reps who pick up right away . Today I had Walt I believe and he was so incredibly friendly! I wish all customer service reps were like him

Im writing this review because Ive been working with Nikki A. when I tell you. She's and such a genuine person. She's great at what she does. She made this stressful overwhelming process to be so heart warming. I was so bleed to have worked with her. She needs to be promoted the way she goes out her way. I would recommend her to everyone. This company is luck to have her.
