Jason has been our go to for all things computer related for the last 3 yrs. He was very understanding of our needs and limitations. He has completely overhauled our computer station and we are very pleased. He upgraded the Windows 10 info to a new computer with Windows 11. He also installed dual large monitors. Great job!

Jason is such a good person!! He is patient, kind and knows his computer stuff!!! I am so glad I stumbled upon Palmer's!!! I won't be going anywhere else now!! Its not frequently that I trust my computer to people. My time in the military taught me that. I usually muddle my way through things until the issue becomes terminal or issues go beyond my scope or tools. My computer needed to be cleaned and was prone to overheating. I dont have time (nursing school) and I needed my computer back in a quick manner. He not only cleaned it to a standard that was perfect he diagnosed part of the over heating problem. He fixed the issues. He was fair in price and scope. He will get my business when I build my next computer and will continue to get my recommendation. Cheers brother and thank you again
