Dawn's honesty and compassion had me sold as a continuing client as much as her excellent and consise expertise! If OCD can be a quality in anyone, Dawn you friggin rock it lol! Before even sitting in the chair, Dawn communicated with me.... Which listening skills are imperative in my decision of a stylist expert! What mattered most in her eyes....revolved around ME.
