Very very ,bad with being on time,always late ,SHE will tell you one price over the phone but when it's time to pay for the service she then goes up on the price ,and her attitude is sometimey, her old building had a really bad roach infestation, this last time she did my hair she sprayed something on my scalp that has it flaky I never seen that hairspray before anywhere ,I will not be returning to her ever again ,I'm learning to do my own hair cause going to these fake nice people AINT IT ,and she overcharge and she be trying to charge you money to fix a braid that she messes up I DONT LIKE THAT ? This place is very unprofessional! Had an appointment at 12pm when I came in she looked at like she had forgotten and tells me another person was supposedly to come in ,but called in sick! Now let me remind you when I penciled in the appointment myself I also written down my phone number too someone could of called me and let me know something , told me I would have to wait, almost 2 hours later I left. I know lots of people who know how to do what I wanted done, just thought I would give this place a try!

I was going to Michelle for two years but this time she let another hairstylist in her shop She didn’t Secure my closure piece on her I had to secure the closure myself with basically one YouTube video I’m really so highly disappointment with these results not coming back again
