Luxury Innovations was the best choice I could’ve made for the installation of my carpet. I was referred by a friend, and when I contacted the owner, he was professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He explained which carpet would work best for my stairs and explained to me how the work would be done. I have 2 flights of stairs and an attic. The stairs were antique and squeaky and after the carpet was installed my stairs are soundproof. I highly recommend Luis, because they provided highest quality carpeting and installation services

Luis and his assistant did a great job providing new flooring. They removing carpet in some areas and went over old vinyl in others and replaced it with vinyl plank. The flooring looks great and they did a very professional job. When supply chain issues delayed the material to complete the stairs, he communicated promptly and provided proof of his correspondence with the company. He was very apologetic even though it was far beyond his control and he continues to follow-up with the company to try and get the material expedited. I would highly recommend Luxury Innovations for your flooring project.
