I was taken care of by Barb to order a new pair of Rx glasses and my first pair of Rx sunglasses. The glasses took a few weeks to arrive because the frame I chose was on back order. Those look and fit great. The sunglasses I ordered were Ray Ban official frames and lenses. I have had them sent back three times now because the Ray Ban lab messed up my prescription twice and then had an issue with the polarization being messed up on one lens to the point that I couldn't see clearly out of the left lens. Barb has been diligent in keeping me updated through the process and sending emails to her manager in regards to the QC issues coming from the lab. We are about 2 months into this process of trying to get my sunglasses right after many attempts and the lab continuing to make mistakes. I will likely never order anything from the Ray Ban lab again due to their lack of QC and laziness in reading the paperwork for my glasses that I spent over $400 for. Despite all of the headaches, Barb has been wonderful in the process and she is very pleasant in person and over the phone. I am hoping that this will be the last time the lenses need to be sent back.

I purchased new glasses ($397.00) from this optical retailer, relying on the attending person, Ted, to help me with sizing, fit and style. I ordered new glasses based on Teds recommendation. Unfortunately, Ted did not check for the correct sizing for my face and after wearing the glasses for about 10 minutes, I ended up with frames that gave deep indentations to my face at the temple. I returned to KYBER optics for an adjustment. Ted broke the frame trying to adjust them. He ordered replacement glasses and again I had the same problem of deep indentations at the temples. Ted then said that the frame was too small for my face and he admitted that it was his...read full review

I was given a new prescription by Memorial Eye, so I stopped at the optical section (KYBER Optics) on my way out. Ted was the person who helped me. I tried on a few frames and depended on being told if shape, size and color were right for me. One particular frame Ted said was good on me. Ted did NOT check for correct fit, feeling how close they fit on my face, just "trying on" didn't give me any perspective of how tight they were. So, based on Ted's approval of how "good" they looked on me, I placed my order. After finally (2weeks) receiving my new glasses and wearing them, I was not happy. They were so tight on my face that a deep indentation was left on both sides at the temple, giving me a headache. I went back to KYBER Optics for an adjustment. Ted broke the frame trying to make the adjustment and had to order a new frame - another two weeks wait. After receiving the second frame, Ted again made the adjustment on the temple piece. The temple piece again was too tight at the area over my ear. Ted said "it is my fault for not checking for correct fit when you ordered". Ted was not able to adjust the frame for a correct fit. Ted said to choose a new frame and he will take care of the return and insurance charge. He did not take care of a new frame, saying I would have to pay $403.00 and so, being on SS I am "stuck" with a pair of glasses that I cannot wear. KYBER Optics has LOST a client for life. Ted is not a man of his word, did not tell his manager that he did not check for fitness and did not admit it was his fault that I have a pair of glasses that do not fit my face.
