Very kind, accommodating, and on time. She always remembers us, and even remembered someone new that had only there once! Alterations are great and she has suggested different types of alterations that work better depending on the fabric or style of clothing. So helpful!!

Joy is a great cleaner and alterer. We have used her for many years, and always gets the job done perfectly and timely. She and her husband are wonderful people to deal with and we highly recommend her.

It was $50 to take in the sleeves and sides of 2 shirts. She offered a one week turnaround but I told her there was no rush so she changed it to 2 weeks. I thought that would cut down on the price but it clearly didn't. The job itself was OK. Loose strings were hanging where the alterations were made. The one sleeve looks sloppy.
