I never write reviews ever, but using this service has compelled me. They were extremely responsive when calling about hardwood floor, tile cleaning. Two extremely friendly gentleman arrive at the scheduled time and gave me a quick estimate(From what I hear from others was a very fair price). They worked diligently delivering results I am extremely happy with. They even helped me reattach closet doors I was working on. Evan knows carpet cleaning, he did an excellent job! We reviewed all the carpeted rooms to be cleaned and the issues associated with our dogs accidentally urinating on the carpets. Evan and the other cleaning technician went to work. They completed the cleaning in three hours. All the carpets look great and smell so much better. My carpets were cleaned by Duraclean staff this week, and they did a beautiful job. This is a family business, and the two staff were family members. My entire experience with Duraclean was professional and friendly. They called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time. We walked through the job so we were sure that we were on the same page, so to speak. The carpets look terrific. I was given an estimate on the phone when I made the appointment, but the actual price turned out to be slightly less. I was very pleased and plan to call them in the spring to clean my upholstered furniture.
