“I just returned from my 1st visit at this office (other being here with my kids some months ago), and I just wanted to commend the staff. The receptionists were kind and courteous. The hygienist met me at the front, took me back to the room, and introduced herself to me with a smile. Her name was Georgette. She was gracious, peaceful, and thorough. The dentist (Dr. Gao) also kindly introduced himself and welcomed me to their practice. While I know that it might seem a small thing, I believe that introducing oneself and looking people in the eye is something of a lost art. I am grateful that our family has found this practice so close to home!“
