I can't thank Nate Stewart and his team enough. Nate answered all of my questions, was extremely RESPONSIVE, and negotiated hard for us every step of the way with the various parties involved. Nat dealt with an extremely difficult and unprofessional team on the other end of the transaction and not only did he handle it 100% with professionalism, but his expertise, and ability to take care of myself and my wife during a difficult time enabled us to buy our home as we currently get assigned in Puerto Rico for a military assignment.
