Lazy workers, unhelpful management
The worse HOME HEALTH CARE AGENCY our family has ever delt with. My mother signed with them over 3 weeks ago and still no one has ever come. Stephanie is the worst, says she is going to call you back but never does. The first person was a call out for the first two weeks. Excuse after excuse as to why she could not come in. But my mom was still will to give her a try. Then one night she called to tell my mom she would be there the next day and she was excited to finally start with her and thanked her for her patience. Horrible. Sending 80 y/0 caregiver with incontinence to care for younger ahlzheimer patient. Others no shoes, bad scheduling, unable to perform basic duties. Not 1 star worthy.
